Exchanges/Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please prepare the following information before contacting our customer service:
- Order Number
- Pictures of the opened package
- Pictures of the damaged or wrong items
- Pictures of any damaged parts
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package to initiate a return or exchange.
- The investigation process takes 7-14 business days. If it’s our fault, replacements will be shipped.
- All shipping fees for exchanges/refunds of damaged or incorrect items will be covered by PrettiMon.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please prepare the following information before contacting our customer service:
Missing Items
- If any items are missing from your order, please prepare the following information before contacting our customer service:
- Order Number
- Pictures of the opened package
- Pictures of the damaged or wrong items (if applicable)
- Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your package regarding missing items.
- All costs incurred for the reshipment of missing items will be borne by PrettiMon. Once your request is accepted, we will promptly send the correct item to your address.
- The investigation process takes 7-14 business days. If it’s our fault, replacements will be shipped.
Unclaimed/ Returned to Sender
- Unclaimed packages returned to PrettiMon due to the absence of the addressee or incorrect/incomplete address will not be refunded.
- Please double-check your zip code and address details before checkout.
- Claims for returned parcels due to insufficient address or unclaimed by the addressee can only be checked for deliveries made within 1 month.
Exchanges/Refunds cannot be accepted, if:
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Change of mind or preference.
- Any item reported after 7 days from the delivery date.
- Any item showing signs of usage.
- Any item damaged intentionally.
- Any item returned without prior notice or in cases where the return request has been denied by our customer service.
Investigation Process
- Upon receiving your request for an exchange, refund, or regarding missing items, we will investigate the case thoroughly. You can expect to hear back from us within 7-14 business days.
